When I first got wind that they were remaking TRUE GRIT, I wondered how they'd pull it off and even more so I wondered who they would get to portray Rooster Cogburn (an iconic role played by John Wayne). Then word came that The Cohen Brothers would be helming the film, and I was intrigued enough to start paying attention to the production. Then came the best news I've heard all year! Jeff Bridges would be Rooster Cogburn and I was sold.
As if to sweeten the pot of an already awesome advertising campaign, these five posters were released today and they are pretty awesome. So check them out and let me know what you think.
